KIPD Budget Workshop

This workshop will focus on the critical first step of budgeting and tracking your money throughout the year to help make sense of your past, current, and future financial positions. The opening panel, with MCR staff and board members with years of CFO, COO, and CEO experiences, will discuss “The Power of Numbers,” the importance of ensuring your numbers align with your mission, lifting up best practices and lessons they have learned. Presentation and workshop activities, led by NEW (Nonprofit Enterprise at Work) will break down budgeting and assessing cashflow to help with ensuring your projects are sustainable beyond your grant period.
